Advanced Practitioner Meeting – Where Cardiology meets Critical Care – Kingsway Hall Hotel, London.
The Cardiology/Critical Care – Advanced Practitioner Meeting is an essential day for pharmacists working in cardiology and critical care alike. This masterclass covers the management of postoperative arrhythmias and out of hospital arrest. This will be followed by more in depth sessions on the management of delirium and cardiogenic shock. Experts within the field of cardiology/cardiothoracics and critical care will deliver the sessions.
Additionally, the day will provide an opportunity to network with colleagues, share ideas for audit and research and find out about the latest advances in the field.

Sepsis… the clock is ticking – Kingsway Hall Hotel, London.
The UKCPA PIN masterclass will benefit pharmacists wishing to learn about the management of sepsis, what the new strategies are and how to tackle difficulties relating to antimicrobial stewardship. Delegates have the opportunity to share their experience of sepsis and how they managed their patients with unusual or resistant organisms.

Starting out in critical care – Kingsway Hall Hotel, London.
This event is a must for pharmacists new, recently placed or just about to embark on a role within a critical care setting. This masterclass is also ideal for pharmacists who have just returned to a critical care environment and wish to refresh their skills.
The comprehensive day will be rounded off with group case studies, ensuring your newly acquired knowledge can be put safely into practice. There will be ample opportunity to discuss and network with your colleagues too, sharing ideas about your Trusts processes and procedures, during breaks, lunch and each sessions’ question period.
