BNPs “strong” markers in CAD

B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and N-terminal pro-BNP (NT-proBNP) provide strong and incremental prognostic information in combination with traditional risk factors in low-risk patients with stable coronary artery disease (CAD) and preserved left ventricular (LV) function, PEACE study findings show.
