Changing practice to improve safety

This workshop will take place on Thursday 16 October 2014 at The International Convention Centre, Birmingham, UK. The format for the workshop will provide a platform for the sharing of information and the stimulation of discussion, on the best ways that trusts can act in order to improve patient safety.
