teaser

A proposed generic version of the erectile dysfunction treatment Viagra (sildenafil citrate) would infringe an existing patent, according to a ruling by the Canadian Federal Court.

Drug firm Pfizer said the court in Toronto found Apotex’s planned generic would have impacted on its second medical use patent.
