The Guild of Healthcare Pharmacists (GHP) and the United Kingdom Clinical Pharmacy Association (UKCPA) have released the initial programme details for their upcoming 7th joint national conference.
The event, which will be in Nottingham at the end of May, will update delegates on developments in research, regulation and industry initiatives along with new products and services.
The programme incorporates a combination of plenary sessions by keynote speakers, skills based work sessions plus trade exhibitions, poster presentations and a packed evening social programme.
The event is part of the organisations’ joint intention to focus on
developing partnerships needed to ensure the future pharmacy family is fit for purpose, whilst continuing to explore opportunities for integrating science and practice.
Insights on offer include the vision of the new professional body (RPS) and how different regions of the UK are managing the recent changes within pharmacy.
